OG Loc aka Jeffrey Cross is one of the characters of the San Andreas game. The entry of OG Loc is made in a mission which is given by Big Smoke (another character in GTA San Andreas). The name of mission is also "OG Loc". In it, OG Loc is released from prison and all the members of Grove Street Family are outside the prison so as to receive OG Loc.
